ASNA is proud to have recently brought its quality educational program to Cleveland, Tennessee. Developers from CPQ Professional Imaging, Howard Computing Services, and Wholesale Supply (all of Cleveland) attended. The class focused on using ASNA’s Visual RPG for ASP.NET Web development.
“ASNA’s ability to provide this training course on a regional basis allowed me, the client, to bring together a consulting vendor, a business partner, and another local company so that all of us could be under one roof learning how to develop in ASNA Visual RPG for .NET. This made training possible by reducing the travel costs associated with sending multiple programmers to an offsite training course, and allowing us to focus on development objectives that were specific to attendees…including the integration of our VB.NET programmers with Visual RPG.NET programmers as they can now all use one common development environment, “ says CPQ’s IT Director, David England.
The class was taught by ASNA’s Education Director, Roger Pence. Roger has more than 30 years of experience with the System i platform and is also a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Over the last ten years, Roger has taught Web development to hundreds of satisfied ASNA customers.
“We often train at our educational center in San Antonio, Texas,” explains Pence, “but also do onsite regional training several times a year. The folks in Cleveland were superb students. They worked hard and asked lots of great questions. I’m excited about what they’ll be able to do with ASNA’s Visual RPG for their business. It was a real pleasure to spend a week with them.”
