ASNA Ltd and its European Distributors united to become a single company named ASNA INTERNATIONAL. The move was effective June 1st, 2009. The resulting union has solidified and enhanced customer support, training and mentoring services for ASNA products throughout Europe.

The new Group is headed by Carlos Valero of Cacovai Spain. Mr Valero has more than ten years experience marketing and supporting ASNA products and services. In the most recent two years, his primary focus has been on Systemi modernization and migration.

Of the original ASNA Ltd staff, Anne Ferguson continues to head up the UK and English speaking areas of the new organization, Tim Jannsen remains as Director of Technical Services, and Sandra Brind continues as operations manager. Elsewhere, Francesco Dugar leads the Italian group and Carlos Valero oversees the Spanish and Portuguese groups.

Overall, ASNA International has 25 employees across Europe and plans to increase the sales and marketing of the ASNA products and solutions. Local User Group meetings are planned across Europe to gather input from existing customers and to provide innovative technical sessions.
