Product Requirements
This page provides our version policy for supported and many retired products. It shows, by product and version, what platforms are supported.
Supported ASNA products/versions receive periodic updates, fixes, and/or enhancements and are tested on the platforms listed. Use supported products on non-support platforms at your own risk. Supported products are shown in the green sections below.

Retired ASNA products/versions no longer receive fixes and/or enhancements and are not tested on any platform. Tech support is not available for retired products. Use retired products at your own risk. Retired products are shown in the yellow sections below. For your convenience, recently retired will be available on our downloads page for a brief period after a product's retirement.
Product requirement notes
Microsoft ends support for Windows 10 on October 14th, 2025. ASNA will also discontinue support for Windows 10 then. Read Microsoft's Windows end-of-service announcement. Make plans now to get your Windows 10 PCs upgraded to Windows 11!
The 17.0/11.0 Oscar family of products has been superseded by 17.1/11.1 Otis family versions. This was done to delineate the family (Oscar) of products that offes a free-standing version of Mobile RPG and that the family of products (Otis) that bundles Mobile RPG with Wings.
The 17.0/11.0 Oscar family is frozen and all build upgrades that you would normally do to 17.0/11.0 products should be done with 17.1/11.1 products. The current build of Oscar family 17.0/11.0 products available for download will be retired and removed from our download page in 2025Q4.
It should also be noted that the current 11.0.35.0 build of ASNA Mobile RPG is the last build to include ASNA Go. The 11.1.x version of Mobile RPG (bundled with Wings) does not include ASNA Go.
- We strongly recommend you apply all pending Windows updates before installing any of our Windows products.
- Don't install any ASNA Windows products while Visual Studio is running.
- Upgrades for any products listed here are covered by an active maintenance plan.
- If you need product requirement information for a retired product that isn’t listed on this page please send us an email at support@asna.com.
- Windows Home and mobile/tablet versions are not supported.
- Visual Studio Community Edition is not supported.
- 64-bit operating system support is X86-64 architecture only. The Itanium 64-bit processor is not supported.
- Before installing a product, please read its "Release Notes" for further product requirements and notes.
- Windows Virtual Machines running on non-Windows platforms are not supported (eg, running Windows with Parallels on the Mac).
- The browsers ASNA products support.
Microsoft editions supported
Microsoft Editions not specifically mentioned below are not supported. Other editions not listed may work but we don't test on, nor do we support, those editions.
- Windows - Windows Pro and Enterprise editions are supported.
- Windows Server - DataCenter, Standard, and Essentials is supported.
- Visual Studio - Profession and Enterprise editions are supported.
- SQL Server - Enterprise, Standard editions are supported.
