"Assets" references product binaries that are available on this site and "documents" references white papers or other informational documents.

How we use your data

We use information you provide when you download ASNA assets to understand what how are assets are being used and who is using them. When you download an asset from this site we may contact you to ensure you got the correct asset and to see if you have any questions or need any help with it.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes nor do we sell it to third-parties. The minimal data we collect from you when you download asset is purely for us to track the usage and popularity of the assets downloaded.

The only personal information we store is that referenced above when you download ASNA assets. There is no cookie management needed by you with ASNA.com.

This data is stored in a commercial database on a different server than our Web host. As mentioned above, we do not use cookies or browser local storage to store your data.

While we may contact you about the asset(s)you download, but we will not broadcast marketing or informational materials to you without your explicit permission. When you download an asset from this site you'll receive an email with a link to download the binary you requested. That email may ask if you want to subscribe to marketing and/or information content. We'll only send you that information if you respond positively to that question.

Your data protection rights

The user must perform the exercise of rights. However, a person authorized as their legal representative may also execute them. Legal representation of the user must be able to provide proper representation. Canceling authorization for sending you marketing communications.

As ASNA is a global company, we provide company information to our offices around the world. The personal information you have given us can be transferred to other ASNA offices around the world. For example, when European customers register ASNA products, their personal information can be transferred to servers in the United States and then transferred back to servers in one or more of ASNA's European offices. In general, we do not provide specific notifications of such updates, and we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
